Qualification

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of QA/QC experience in Oil & Gas, Pipeline, or Hot Tapping projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all work complies with approved drawings, QAP, ITP, project specifications, and applicable codes.
• Inspect fit-up, welding, hot tapping, stoppling, tie-in, and pipeline installation activities.
• Coordinate and witness NDT, pressure testing, nitrogen purging, and leak testing.
• Verify material quality, MTCs, and welding consumables.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, weld records, NCRs, and final quality dossier.
• Coordinate inspections with the Client/Consultant and obtain stage-wise quality approvals.
• Ensure compliance with API, ASME, OISD, and client quality requirements.
